It’s like the size of Denver in both population and area. But, whereas development in Denver is more uniform, in Detroit it’s much more intermittent; so there will be a cluster of heavily residential neighborhoods separated from other residential neighborhoods by blighted or industrial ones. It makes Detroit feel even bigger than it already is.
