When Indeed detects that a new applicant doesn’t meet your deal breaker criteria, their submitted application is automatically filed under the Rejected tab in your dashboard. We will not send them a rejection email on your behalf unless you opt into Indeed Employer Assist. Instead, they’ll just be filtered out for you.
