Windows 11 Troubleshoot Compatibility isn’t working, loops back to …

I have an application that I would like to troubleshoot using the Compatibility Troubleshooter that is included in Windows 10 and should be in Windows 11. When I right click on an application and select ‘Troubleshoot Compatibility’, it brings up a Get Help window with “Run the Windows Compatibility Troubleshooter” in the search bar.
